Our Olympic size indoor is fully insulated, meaning it is several degrees warmer/cooler than it is outside. It is fully lined with mirrors along the east short side. Sound system and/or headsets available.

We have a block of 10 stalls available. Dry stalls are included in the daily rental. Full service stalls are available for an additional $75/day per stall - includes water service, bedding, cleaning 2x/day, we'll feed any hay/grain provided, and a bedtime wellness & hay check. Our stalls are 10x12 and offer open fronts and overhead fans in the summer.

Our observation lounge, overlooking our indoor arena can comfortably fit about 20 people with tables and chairs or about 30 if just chairs. We have banquet tables and chairs available and a spacious counter for food, beverages, etc. AV equipment available for rental.

Our large outdoor arena features a covered judges pavilion and a 1/4 mile groomed "hack track" circling the arena. A full court Dressage arena is available for rental.

Stabling
Day & Weekend Rates INCLUDE 10 DRY stalls.
DRY STALLS - ALL stalls must be STRIPPED, SWEPT, & COMPLETELY EMPTY UPON DEPARTURE. Damaged or dirty, unemptied stalls will result in forfeiture of Stall Deposit. Guest will supply all bedding, buckets, cleaning, night checks, etc.
FULL-SERVICE STALLS - Includes bedding (up to 2 bags per day), stall cleaning 1x daily, water service (refilled/cleaned as needed), and we will feed grain and hay (provided by guest) up to 3x per day. Night check. Stalls may be left "as is" at departure. $75/per stall, per day. Damage to stalls may result in forfeiture of deposit.
